These terms specify the conditions between the Customer (later: ‘You’, ‘Your’, or ‘Customer’) and Koskela Publishing (later: ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’), conditions which protect the rights of both parties and which both parties accept when You place an order on this web site, email, or any other remote method. These terms do not apply when the product is purchased at a physical point of sale.

All orders are technically managed by Koskela Publishing, an auxiliary company registered by the author with ID 2085033-6 at https://www.ytj.fi/en/. Our address is Vellamonkatu 12–14 B 32, FI-00550 Helsinki, Finland, phone +358 50 5849054 (voice, sms, whatsapp).
We reserve the right to revise the terms and prices. These terms apply to purchases from 22 October 2021 on.
PRODUCTS AND PRICES
The prices of our online shop are shown without value added tax (VAT). Depending of the destination country of shipping a tax of 10% may or may not be added.
As a rule the tax applies inside the EU, not in any other countries. Packages delivered outside the EU may be targeted with an import duty. The import duty will be on the Customer’s expense.
The product is ordered by adding it to the basket in our online shop.
The order is registered by filling in the required contact information and choosing the desirable payment option. Your order is acknowledged by an email to You. If You do not receive the confirmation, please, contact email@example.com as soon as possible and we will sort it out.
Shipping fees are shown in Your shopping basket in the online shop or our quotation in an email to You. As a rule, the product is shipped as soon as Your payment is registered by us.
Payment options include credit card, PayPal, and direct bank transfer. Public institutions can also be invoiced.
ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
After a successful order, our online store will send You an automatic confirmation to the e-mail address given in Your order. Furthermore, You will receive a new confirmation when the payment has been received and the product is ready for shipping.
The shipping method is decided by Koskela Publishing to balance between fast delivery and reasonable costs.
We will handle orders from the online store as soon as possible. We will send the product as soon as the payment is visible in our account. The estimated shipping time to Finland is 1–3 working days, 2–5 days elsewhere Europe, and 5–9 days to other countries. If You are in a hurry with Your order, please inform us when ordering.
We will handle return requests case-by-case and, therefore, we ask You to contact us directly by an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. A shipment not retrieved as instructed by the shipping company is not equal to a return.
This returns policy does not extend to products which are produced or altered according to the customer’s wishes.
The Customer has a right to return a product and request a refunding of the product price (excl. shipping fee) if
1. the order has been cancelled by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the product,
2. the product has not been used,
3. the product is in the condition that the Customer received it in and all the parts of the product are included in the package, and
4. the product has been repackaged into its original package or an equivalent.
The product must be returned immediately after cancellation to Koskela Publishing, Vellamonkatu 12–14 B 32, FI-00550 Helsinki, Finland, phone +358 50 5849054. When returning products the Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost and the risk of damages.
We will handle any reclamations case-by-case, so when reclaiming we ask the Customer to contact us directly by an email to email@example.com. A shipment not retrieved is not equal to a reclamation.
Check Your product as soon as You have it, report any faults and errors within 14 days of receiving the product, and wait for further instructions.
As a customer of a Finnish company You are well protected by the national customer protection system. In case of a dispute follow these steps:
1. File a complaint with the company.
2. If the desired solution is not reached is step #1, you are recommended to contact the consumer advice (https://www.kkv.fi/en/consumer-advice/).
3. Only if the desired solution is not reached is step #2, file you case at Consumer Disputes Board (https://kuluttajariita.fi/en/index/yhteystiedot.html) and request a solution.
4. If the desired solution is not reached in step #1 or #3, you can apply for summons at the District Court of Helsinki (https://oikeus.fi/en/).
